Job Description:
1.(3) years of related experience in computer/network maintenance, desktop support, troubleshooting desktop Windows 10 environment, or applications support OR Combined education and experience qualifications:
2.An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience
Skill in
• Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, desktop remote control tools, help desk ticketing systems, and networking protocols.
• Personal computing hardware and software, local area networks, and peripherals essentials.
• Create images for Laptops and Desktops using various tools.
• Communicating effectively, both verbally and written, to technical and non-technical customers at all levels of the organization
